EMPLOYEE CONDUCT
All employees should behave and follow business manners even working remotely. Our Company is following a manner where its employees should give respect to all members and maintain respectful environment.
WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY DISCRIMINATION MANNERS. If any discriminate behaviour comes into our vision then automatically the employee will get fired. We keep our environment friendly and professional where no other disruptive and disrespectful behaviour are accepted. Everything done thats not following our manners that employer is out of the company.

DISCIPLINE & TERMINATION
MinDpsyche is following a professional and exceptional work where performance issues are not accepted. We aim for the ultimate customer satisfaction and keep our proficiency at a high level so we can keep our company's performance at the top.
If someone is not happy or wants to leave then the accepted termination contract time is THREE WEEKS NOT EVEN A DAY MORE. This is a fair time for us to replace any role and be able to fill the gap as soon as possible.

DATA PROTECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY
The rules behind every submission or any client deals are as follows:
1. ALL emails should include our OWNER as a CC.
2. All final decisions are all made by OUR OWNER.
3. NO COMPANY'S DATA IS SHARED TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE COMPANY.
4. ALL DATA WILL BE FILED IN OUR COMPANY'S CLOUD.
